Organization Chart for Puli Veterans Hospital

Puli Veterans Hospital is organized as follows:
1. One President ,one Vice-president ,and administrative boards and committees including the Crisis Management Committee for Medical Matters and other various committees.

2. The following departments are included:

Executive Branch: Chief Medical Secretary’s Office; Lab Room,Social Room, Information Management Office, Personnel Office, Civil Service Ethics Office and Accounting Office.
(1) Medical Administrative Room: under the Executive Yuan, Registered Patient Groups, Medical Groups and Reporting Groups.
(2) Secretariat: under the Administrative Group, Supply Group, Cashier's Group, working Classes, Instruments and Driving Ban Centers.
(3) An E: under the Executive Group, Environmental Engineering Group and the Public Works Group.
Health Sector: under the Medical Department of Department of Community Medicine, Infection Control Room and Department of Teaching and Research.
(1) Medical Department: under the jurisdiction of the Department of Internal Medicine, Surgery Department, the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Acute Severe Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dental, Mental Department, Anesthesia, Chinese Medicine, Dermatology, Elderly Medicine, Rehabilitation, Pathology Laboratory and Radiology.
1-1. Department of Internal Medicine: Division with Rheumatoid Immunization, Blood Oncology, Neurology, Heart Medicine, Gastroenterology, Thoracic Medicine, Metabolism, Infection and Kidney Branch Division.
1-2. Surgery Department: includes General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Colorectal Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology and Plastic Surgery.
1-3. Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics: includes Gynecology and Obstetrics.
1-4. Psychiatry Department: includes General Psychiatry and Psychogeriatric as well as implicit Division Drug Treatment.
1-5. Rehabilitation: Physical Therapy Group and functions of Treatment Group.
(2) Community Medicine Department: under the jurisdiction of Community Service Groups, Group Home Care, Preventive Medicine group, with nursing homes and the Department of Family Medicine.
Ministry of Care: under the Executive Yuan, with Internal Medicine Wards, Operating Rooms, Surgical Wards, Women's, Pediatric Wards, Veterans Wards, Psychiatric Wards, Psychiatric Nursing Home, Respiratory Care Wards, Intensive Care Unit, Renal Dialysis Centers, Out patient, Emergency Room and Supplies.
Medical (Pharmaceutical) Sector: under the Pharmacy and Nutrition Room.
