To help accomplish the healthcare services in the community, physicians in the department will be arranged to provide services in various healthcare institutions.The department will be integrated with Taichung General Hospital in order to promote the quality of care. |
The Department of Internal Medicine was operated on July 1, 1958. The function of this department consists of two parts, i.e., medical care and teaching. The former is responsible for coordination of various divisions and units including duty and meeting arrangements. The later is for the setting and arrangement of clinical training which includes morning meeting, journal meeting, cases reports and M&M discussion.
